Night Shift
Espresso blend · Brazil + Sumatra · DarkBuilt for espresso and unshakeable in milk. Pulls sweet even on forgiving home machines.
Roasted Tuesdays and Fridays · Shipped same day
Nine farms, four countries, one twelve-kilo roaster on Rectory Street. Every bag stamped with its roast date, none on the shelf longer than three weeks.
The lineup
Each one earns its place every season or it gets cut. Prices are for a 340 gram bag, whole bean or ground to your brewer.

The pour over favourite. Roasted light enough to keep the florals standing up in the cup.
The french press and cold brew workhorse, from the same family farm for six years running.
The decaf that embarrasses most regular coffee. Roasted with the same care as everything else.
The brew wall
Pick your method, slide your dose, pour exactly. The same math chalked on the roastery wall.
Weigh everything. Coffee fades fifteen minutes after grinding, water matters more than gadgets, and a $30 scale beats a $300 machine with bad math.

The roastery cafe
The cafe sits inside the working roastery on Rectory Street. Tuesdays and Fridays the drum is spinning by six in the morning, and the first Sunday of every month is a free public cupping at ten.
