New website builds commissioned from September 10, 2026 include 90 days of care from launch, hosting included. No card needed. Paid care only starts if you say yes, and a yearly plan starts after those 90 days. Existing projects keep their agreed terms.
What it covers
No edit limits and no hourly allowance. We agree priorities together, and anything broken comes first.
- Unlimited requests and fixes
- New photos, prices, wording, design tweaks, ordinary new pages and fixes. Send the list whenever you like.
- Hosting
- Hosting and SSL are included while your care plan is active, including the first 90 days. If care ends, hosting ends with it and we help you move.
- Quiet upkeep
- Backups, uptime monitoring, security updates and regular checks that your forms and key pages still work. We tell you when we spot something.
- A real person
- You email or call us directly. We aim to reply within one business day, and bigger requests get a date we agree on.
What it does not cover
Care looks after one existing website. A second website, a full rebuild or a large new feature like an app is a separate project, and so is standalone automation. We will tell you which is which before any work starts.
Domain fees, paid software, payment processing fees and unusual hosting needs are separate, and we tell you about them before you agree. If we buy a new domain for you, its cost is a separate line on your first website invoice.
The domain is registered to your business and you keep access to the account. Already have one? We connect it.
Questions
Does unlimited really mean unlimited?
There is no monthly cap on requests or fixes for your site, and no hours to use up. It does not mean everything happens at once: we agree priorities and work through the list. Separate websites, full rebuilds and large new applications are separate projects.
Is hosting free with my website?
It is included while care is active, including the first 90 days after a new build. It is not included forever in the build price. If you stop care, we help you move to hosting you pay for yourself before the included period ends.
What about my domain name?
Your domain is separate from hosting. If we buy a new one for you, the cost is itemized on your first website invoice, and renewals are billed separately at the registrar's price. It is registered to your business and you keep access. We can also connect one you already own.
How do billing and cancellation work?
Paid care starts only after you choose monthly or yearly billing. We invoice in advance and it renews until you cancel. To cancel, email hello@bootstrappedstudios.com before the next renewal; care and hosting continue until the paid period ends. A yearly plan is not refunded for unused months unless the law requires it or we agreed otherwise in writing. We sort out the hosting end date and handoff with you before care ends.
Can I host and maintain it myself?
Yes. You own the site you paid for and your domain stays in your name. We hand over the code and data and help with the move. You then pay your new host directly. Third party software keeps its own licence terms.
How quickly will you respond?
We aim to reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, excluding Ontario holidays. That is when you hear back, not when every request is finished. Outages always come first. Monitoring watches your site around the clock, and anything it flags overnight is picked up the next business day.
Can you care for a site you did not build?
Sometimes. We look at the site first to check we can support it. Any repairs or moves needed up front are quoted separately, and the included 90 days only applies to new sites we build.
